It’s simple. You complete a short application, we verify your license and credentials, and then we help you create a profile patients can trust. Most PTs complete setup in about 20 minutes, and once your profile goes live, patients in your area can start discovering your practice.

Yes — completely. You remain independent. You set your rates, manage your schedule, choose which patients to accept, and run your practice your way. Mashi simply makes it easier for the right patients to find you.

There’s no subscription and no cost to create or maintain your profile. We only charge a $40 fee when a first-time patient books with you through Mashi Health. That way, you only pay when we deliver real value — new patients finding your practice.
