No. Mashi is a software and booking platform—not a healthcare provider. PTs listed on Mashi are independent practitioners who run their own practices. Mashi does not employ PTs, provide medical services, make referrals, or assume liability for care delivered by any provider on the platform. We simply offer tools to help independent PTs grow and manage their practice.

Listing your practice on Mashi is free. We only earn when we help you gain a new patient—$40 for each first-time booking. After that, all follow-up appointments are between you and your client.
